I am an out of network provider. This allows for the highest level of confidentiality and does not require a diagnosis that will go on your medical record. When we use insurance, often times, insurance companies attempt to dictate the level of care provided to you. I attempt to avoid this at all costs. I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. FSA and HSA cards are accepted!
